Our pins, decals, and accessories are built to last, but if for some reason, you receive a defective item due to materials or workmanship, you can return it to us for replacement. No matter where you bought it.

We will replace your item with the same or one that is comparable if your pin, decal, or accessory is no longer available.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your HuntingPins.com products. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, send your items back to us.

Please include the original receipt if you still have it and a short description of your reason for returning the item.

If you paid by credit card, please include that number as we do not keep credit card information on file. We’ll also need your name, address and daytime phone number. We will refund your payment within one week of receiving your shipment.

If you haven't received a refund after one week, please give us a call, 800-410-1178, Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. CST.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase, simply send it back to us.

Please include your original receipt, if you have one, and a short description of the product you would like instead.

We’ll also need your name, address and daytime phone number so we can get in touch with you if there is a difference in funds. Your exchange will be processed within one week of delivery to HuntingPins.com. Please allow seven to ten business days for the return shipment to reach you.
